Senior Systems Engineer

The successful Senior Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in serving high-end, mission-critical RF systems. The Senior Systems Engineer responsibilities will include systems architecture, requirement capture and management, performance analysis, and system verification. The ideal Senior Systems Engineer will need to be comfortable working across the full product lifecycle and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams because the position is technically hands-on and strategically involved.

• 5-7+ years of industry experience
• Strong systems engineering background across full development lifecycle
• Experience with systems engineering, architecture through design, implementation and verification
• A strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets and processes
• Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve assigned tasks in complex systems Engineering
• Able to lead and contribute to technical delivery and documentation
• Proven background in engineering design, systems engineering or project/product implementation
• Skills in analysis, critical thinking and technical problem solving
• Ability to work in a team and interact with other Engineering disciplines
• Strong background in real systems engineering in Defence, Security, Aviation/Aerospace
