Job description

You will contribute to designing and delivering high integrity embedded software solutions while developing your technical skills and collaborating with experienced engineers. Key skills and behaviours include

Do you have experience in OOP?, Are you a passionate Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer with a few years of experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work for an employer committed to helping you grow, learn, and innovate?, * Experience: Around 4 years of embedded software engineering experience in aerospace, defence, or other mission- or safety-critical domains.

  • High-Integrity Coding: Ability to develop robust, high-quality software (e.g., RTCA-DO178C) using object-oriented C++ or Ada.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and learn from senior engineers.
  • DevOps Mindset: Interest in automation across build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Hands-On Integration: Willingness to work directly with target hardware in lab environments.
  • RTOS Development (Desirable): Exposure to real-time embedded applications on Linux or VxWorks RTOS.
  • Lifecycle Awareness: Understanding of the software engineering lifecycle-from requirements through delivery.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to best practices.
