Functie

a. Analytical Use Cases

  • Analysis of the performance and reliability of operational processes.

  • Reporting on assets and maintenance (usage, availability, downtime).

  • Analysis of safety and incident trends.

  • Monitoring costs and efficiency across operational domains.

b. Data Management & Quality

  • Structuring and harmonizing data originating from multiple operational systems.

  • Implementing data quality control processes to ensure the reliability of analyses.

  • Supporting the integration of analytical results into existing reporting systems.

c. Reporting & Visualization

  • Designing and implementing dashboards tailored to operational users.

  • Developing standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks.

  • Optimizing existing reports to improve readability and insight generation.

d. Knowledge Transfer & Skills Development

  • Coaching internal Data Analysts on best practices in data analysis, visualization, and data storytelling.

  • Documenting analytical processes, data models, and data governance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Python: for data analysis, automation, and back-end dashboard development

(Level 2: minimum 2 years of experience)

  • Data Visualization: Grafana or an equivalent tool

(Level 2: minimum 2 years of experience)

  • SQL: data extraction and transformation across multiple systems

(Level 2: minimum 2 years of experience)

  • Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch

(C1: advanced professional proficiency)
