Job description
We are looking for a skilled SAP FI-MM Specialist to join our Global CoE team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Material Management (MM) modules. This role will ensure that purchasing to invoice verification processes properly trigger the correct financial postings in SAP and non-SAP systems., Act as 2nd/3rd level support for SAP FI-MM issues, investigating and resolving incidents related to purchase orders, invoice discrepancies, vendor payments and related interfaces. Manage and optimize complex solutions that are both standard and bespoke, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Create functional specifications (FS) for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) in the FI-MM area. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Conduct Unit Testing (UT), Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new configurations or bug fixes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Blueprints, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts. Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for business users on MM and FI-MM integration processes. Act as the primary bridge between business purchasing/finance teams and technical ABAP developer Conduct data analysis and prepare financial reports to support management decision-making. Stay updated on SAP best practices, new functionalities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP Materials Management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP FI-MM implementation and support, with a focus on complex interfaces. Solid understanding of PtP processes and reporting requirements. Hands-on experience with S4/HANA preferred. VIM experience will be greatly appreciated. Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., IDoc, BAPIs, RFC) is highly desirable. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
