Role Responsibilities In this role, you'll act as a processor to facilitate Mass payments for Key Corporate clients and ensure the smooth running and execution of all transactions. You'll have the following responsibilities:
Retention and New Business Generation
- Understand the Payment solutions that exist and service the existing and new client books
- Responsible for running processing for key clients and ensuring that all payments are dealt with efficiently and all bookings and reporting are completed on time
- Retain and grow the current book of business by providing efficient service on incoming mass payment files
- Integrate and provide mass payment services for the new book of clients
- Help clients to on-board and process mass payments
Teamwork
- Work in close collaboration with the payment solutions, account opening, AML and operations teams
- Generate new ideas for expanding the Payment Solutions business, work with the team to develop new business streams
- Work closely with Back Office and customer service to help build strong client relationships and service
Innovation
- Work closely with the different teams to automate and create better, faster ways to process payments, book deals and FX trades
- Be part of a growth organisation that involves designing, building and scaling new solutions
Maintain High Professional Standards
- Project the highest standards of professionalism to all existing and potential clients
- Represent the company externally e.g. trade fairs, exhibitions, client events
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer service?, * Previous mass payments and FX dealing experience would be desirable
- Strong customer care and development skills
- A good relationship builder (direct team members, cross-departmental colleagues, stakeholders and customers)
- Working within a multichannel environment e.g. telephone, email, face to face "
- Prior experience in APIs is preferrable
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience desirable
- Fluency in English is essential and any additional European languages would be desirable
