AI Engineer

• We're looking for a AI Engineer (full-time, based in Zürich) to join our AI team, which currently comprises three AI Engineers and an MLOps Engineer.
• As part of our AI team, you'll research and implement novel approaches to natural language understanding, multi-agent coordination, and hybrid AI-human systems. You'll architect solutions that seamlessly integrate with 200+ systems via deep native integrations and MCPs, giving you exposure to real-world, production-scale challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. The direct feedback loop with our customers allows you to iterate rapidly on techniques that deliver measurable business impact to reduce effort by over 50% while maintaining quality and control through sophisticated hybrid intelligence architectures.

• Degree in computer science or comparable experience
• 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML algorithms
• Excellent programming skills in Python, including clean/modular and production-ready code
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent frameworks, preferably LangGraph
• Understanding of cloud systems (preferably AWS), and experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Positive and open attitude toward clients
• Team player, inquisitive personality, and a (good) sense of humor
