Job description

  • Defining and driving a comprehensive testing and quality strategy across teams and products.
  • Actively contributing to the development and implementation of test strategies, automation concepts, and quality processes
  • Designing test plans, automation concepts, and quality frameworks that integrate smoothly into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Introducing and managing modern testing, automation, and quality-enablement tools - developing custom solutions when needed.
  • Performing performance and security testing to identify risks early and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Git?, * Strong expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices.

  • Experienced in performance and security testing, open-source compliance, and structured quality processes.
  • Solid software engineering foundation (Clean Code, test automation, Git workflows, tooling).
  • Analytical, structured, assertive, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable collaborating across roles and locations, driving quality mindset and continuous improvement.
