Job description
- Contribute to designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions that support Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
- Architect secure, scalable solutions across cloud platforms, infrastructure, applications, and data systems within the technology organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and development of technical strategy
- Support and guide other technology professionals
- Work with modern technologies including cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of enterprise architecture and technical leadership experience in large, complex organizations
- Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong experience with IT operation and infrastructure design in GxP environment
- String knowledge in network design in MERA environment including architecture patterns, security, and integration
- Extensive experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization
- Deep understanding of security architecture principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance processes
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong communication skills with ability to present effectively to stakeholders
- Experience overseeing complex technical projects and providing architectural guidance
- Experience supporting technical teams and implementing architectural standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to align strategic vision with implementation requirements
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
