Our IT Team takes great responsibility for our whole company. We are supporting all colleagues whenever they seek guidance for IT-related questions. The team is always keen on automating as many processes as possible, constantly working on improving our diversified infrastructure., * Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
