• Ensure compliance with global policies and manage internal/external audits, checks, and incident response.
• Coordinate local and regional security projects while collaborating with stakeholders across various departments (Legal, Workers Council, Management).
• Assess new business partners and IT solutions from a security standpoint.
• Monitor and manage local IT security operations and infrastructure.
• Keep up with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and best practices to proactively improve our defense strategies.

• University Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, IT Security, or related fields.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in IT/Security auditing, consulting, or system management - ideally in an international environment
• Languages: Fluency in English, very good German and/or Korean
• At least one certification of CISSP, CISA, or CISM
• Expertise in: ISO 27001, GDPR & common cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, incident response, forensics, Network, system, server & cloud security, Documenting and data handling (Excel)
• Strong communicator who can translate technical risks to non-experts
• Structured and decisive, with a solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations
• Mindset: Hands-on, self-driven, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in multicultural settings
• Willing to travel occasionally
