Job description

We are looking for Senior Hardware Engineer who can be part of the System& Platform R&D group, who is ready to take on technical leadership and help drive the development of complex, high-performance hardware for communication and networking systems. If you're passionate about high-speed digital design, enjoy mentoring engineers, and thrive in a hands-on technical environment. What You'll Do Technical Leadership & Mentoring o Lead and guide a small team of hardware engineers. o Provide technical direction, best practices, and design review feedback. o Mentor junior engineers in schematic design, debugging, and lab methodologies. Hardware Design & Ownership o Design high-speed digital boards (SerDes, DDR, Ethernet). o Own schematic development and closely oversee PCB layout. o Ensure robust SI/PI performance through analysis and review. o Lead board bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization in the lab. Cross-Functional Collaboration o Work closely with SW, FPGA, mechanical, and RF teams for system integration. o Present technical insights, design updates, and project risks to management. #LI-POST

Requirements

o 10+ years of hands-on hardware design experience. o Strong background in high-speed digital design, SI/PI, and board-level architecture. o Proficiency in Cadence Capture & Allegro. o Solid lab experience - debugging, measurements, and bring-up. o Experience with Ethernet-based communication hardware. o Familiarity with EMC/EMI practices and regulatory requirements. o Experience in clocking and synchronization circuit solutions (PLL, clock trees, jitter analysis, timing architectures ,SyncE ). o Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. o Excellent command of English - written and verbal - with the ability to communicate effectively across global teams. Qualifications o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. o Prior experience as a technical lead, design owner, or mentor.
