Insurance Java Developer

Do you have experience in Scrum?, We are looking for a Java Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience who is eager to continue growing technically and has an interest in building a career within the insurance or banking sector.

You will join a collaborative technical team, working on stable, long-term projects with real business impact, focusing on code quality, scalability, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience working with Java
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
• Experience using Git
• Interest in the insurance and/or banking domain
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in banking or insurance projects
• Knowledge of microservices architectures
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Docker
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
