Lead Frontend Developer

As Lead Frontend Developer, reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring our growing Frontend team
• Driving the development and architecture of our frontend projects, including: Public platform & Admin platform
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver outstanding UX
• Helping structure best practices and leveling up the team

You'll have the freedom to challenge, improve, and scale our frontend architecture as we grow.

Do you have experience in UX?, * Have 4+ years of frontend experience, including leading a team or a major project

• Are fluent in French and comfortable in English
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable React / TypeScript cod
• Are not just an executor: you bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and think product-first
• Have a strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX, and performance best practices
• Enjoy mentoring, unblocking others, and leading by example
• Have strong opinions on testing, accessibility, or DX, and know when to compromise

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with admin dashboards or SaaS platforms
• Are familiar with Storybook and Figma
• Care deeply about product quality and design details
• Speak spanish
