- Execute daily Twig templating for Drupal and WordPress themes
- Build reusable, scalable template components that match design and UX guidelines.
- Implement responsive, high-quality UI with Tailwind CSS.
- Write clean and efficient vanilla JavaScript, including lightweight animations.
- Ensure templates are optimized for accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with backend developers, the design team, and the SEO unit to integrate templates with CMS functionality and ensure design accuracy and performance best practices..
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Use GitLab for version control, branching, and collaboration workflows.
- Identify and resolve template-related issues and inconsistencies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Templating Developer with strong hands-on experience in Twig, particularly within Drupal and WordPress environments. This role is heavily centered on daily Twig templating, transforming design components into clean, reusable, and scalable frontend structures.
As this is a fully remote role, the ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks while maintaining strong communication with the team., * 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on templating.
- Proven expertise in Twig templating for Drupal and/or WordPress, including working with Views, Paragraphs, custom template suggestions, and complex component structures.
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
- Solid skills in vanilla JavaScript.
- Ability to work self-directed and responsibly in a remote environment.
- Figma knowledge and the ability to accurately translate design files into templates.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, clean coding practices, and problem-solving ability.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- PHP knowledge
- Experience with Drupal backend or module development
- Experience creating web animations using CSS or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based architectures.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization.
