Rolomschrijving en taakafspraken Within the clients company cloud adoption is governed by enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements defined by the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). As a Cloud Onboarding Specialist, you enable workload teams to successfully onboard to the enterprise cloud platforms by guiding them through defined processes, governance frameworks, and required controls. You act as a process owner and coordinator, ensuring workloads comply with the enterprise cloud standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, transparency, and progress. Role Purpose

Enable compliant and efficient onboarding of workloads into the client enterprise cloud landscape

Ensure cloud governance, CCoE requirements, and enterprise standards are understood and followed

Provide structure, visibility, and consistency across cloud onboarding activities, Cloud Onboarding & Governance

Guide teams through the clients cloud onboarding process (Architect as second tier support)

Explain cloud governance, policies, and CCoE requirements

Ensure onboarding follows approved onboarding paths, standards, and guardrails

Act as the primary process contact for cloud onboarding-related topics Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Connect teams with the right experts (Security, Networking, Platform, IAM, FinOps, etc.)

Ensure timely involvement of the right stakeholders based on onboarding needs

Manage expectations and dependencies across multiple teams Compliance & Visibility

Track onboarding status and ensure transparency across the onboarding pipeline

Ensure accurate and up-to-date workload information in the CMDB

Follow up on non-compliant workloads and support teams in achieving compliance

Support audits and governance reporting by providing onboarding insights and status Communication & Continuous Improvement

Handle customer broad communications related to changes, deprecations, and governance updates

Host regular check-ins with workload teams to monitor progress and risks

Experience working in an enterprise IT or cloud environment

Basic/intermediate Cloud knowledge
