• Develop, maintain, and administer the clients internal and external digital solutions
• Design and support applications, forms, content pages, and automated processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of change initiatives
• Provide technical expertise and advice to stakeholders
• Support project delivery in line with agreed timelines
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when processing information
• Participate actively in promoting security best practices
• Work at Castle House a minimum of 3 days a week while having the option for remote work on the remaining days

• JavaScript, We are looking for a 365 Developer to support our Change Delivery Manager in developing and operating our digital solutions, including our corporate CRM system and Microsoft 365. The role involves both onsite and remote work flexibility, with a requirement to attend Castle House for training and occasional meetings. We prioritize a collaborative and secure work environment, promoting best practices in technology and process improvement.

• Experience in Dynamics 365, Power Pages, APIs, and coding (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Proven ability to design, develop, and support applications and automated processes
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft 365
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting customer requirements
• Familiarity with Data Protection Act (2018) and General Data Protection Regulations
• Ability to work outside normal office hours when necessary
• Strong commitment to cyber security and best practices
