Salesforce Architect

• Own and define the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
• Ensure the new platform aligns with data governance, compliance, and security standards
• Lead the assessment and introduction of new Salesforce capabilities such as AI, automation, and low-code
• Act as the organizations Salesforce subject matter expert
• Promote Salesforce across the business, clearly demonstrating features and value to drive adoption

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service and/or Financial Services Cloud is highly advantageous

• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies across the organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
