We have an exciting opportunity in our ICT department within the Projects and Programmes function, dedicated to delivering new solutions for Wiltshire Council. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to spend 50% of your time in the office and the remainder working from home. From your first day, you will collaborate closely with our team, benefit from colleagues expertise, and contribute to live projects.

• Effective communication skills
• Experience working in an in-house development team
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps and .Net C# within Visual Studio
• Familiarity with source control using GIT
• Database development experience using Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of JavaScript and HTML
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of developing Blazor apps (advantage)
• Experience with YAML (advantage)
• Knowledge of MAUI for mobile applications (advantage)
