Job description
The role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Universities IT service desk. This will include troubleshooting, supporting a range of systems, managing support tickets, enhancing the knowledge base, and supporting the systems management team operations.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux systems, knowledge of M365. Experience or knowledge of Virtualised hybrid cloud technologies, Identity management (AD Entra ID) is also an advantage. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of IT operations and start a future career in IT. Good communication skills and teamworking experience are also essential.
