Job description

  • System Administration: Serve as a key member of the Salesforce team administrator for the Salesforce.com environment. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • User Support: Act as the first line of support for all Salesforce users. Contribute to creation and maintenance of documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration. Provide technical support to the enablement team
  • Configuration & Customization: Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, process builders, flows, and page layouts to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Data Management: Manage data integrity through data loading, cleanup, and de-duplication. Implement best practices for data governance.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues and to recommend and implement process improvements within Salesforce.
  • Integrations: Manage and maintain integrations with third-party applications and systems connected to Salesforce.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and track key business metrics.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will be joining a small team responsible for the health, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision., * 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Proven experience working in a fast-moving, agile SMB (Small to Medium-sized Business) environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder certifications
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, and automation
  • Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage projects independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote, cross-functional team.
