Junior Security Engineer (Red Team) - September 2026

After a thorough tailor-made training, you will assist our experienced pentesters in the following tasks:

• Performing security audits at various clients
• Conduct pentests to identify weaknesses in our client's IT environment
• Develop and use advanced tools for penetration testing and getting to the bottom of customer vulnerabilities
• Define, implement and maintain security strategies and policies.

In addition, you will:

• Analyse current penetration testing methodologies and tools
• Track market trends, risks and approaches
• Work closely with the team to optimise processes
• Cooperation with our SOC and NOC teams
• Obtain various security certifications (OSCP, PNPT...)

Do you have a Master's degree?, Do you have a passion for cyber security? Are you always up to date with the latest offensive tactics and techniques? • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
• Knowledge of certain pen testing/offensive techniques (e.g. TryHackMe, Hack The Box, Hackathons, Capture The Flag, Bug Bounty Programs...)
• Passion for IT and specifically in cyber security (not merely 'I find it interesting/fun') ;-)
• Analytical mind and eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and sense of initiative
• Team player with the ability to turn positive feedback into the right evolution
• Eager to be in contact with customers and companies, * Experience with pentesting
• Take pleasure in playing with malware
• Certain relevant certifications related to cyber security
• Commercial mindset
• Fluent in speaking French
