Senior Oracle DBA for Lugano Bank

Do you have experience in SQL?, We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle DBA to join our DBA team, with deep expertise in complex, mission-critical environments. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing Oracle databases while also supporting open-source relational databases.

Key Requirements (mandatory / strongly preferred): Advanced expertise in Oracle Database (ideally 19c or later versions) Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata (physical and/or virtualized environments) - highly preferred Strong administration skills on PostgreSQL clusters (high availability, replication, Patroni or similar, performance tuning) Knowledge of MariaDB Expertise in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting high-availability setups Deep experience with backup & recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, performance tuning (AWR/ASH reports, Statspack, SQL Trace, etc.), patching, security hardening, and capacity planning Ability to handle complex production issues with minimal downtime, Pre-requisites: you must be in possession of a work permit valid for Swiss territory or have the nationality of a European nation.
