Job description
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using process mining and modeling tools.
- Develop innovative process solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities.
- Ensure accurate process documentation and platform governance.
- Configure and continuously improve process management and mining tools to increase transparency and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate process applications seamlessly.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting within process mining solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy and enhance process applications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
- Act as the central interface between business and technical teams.
- Promote a culture of process excellence and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops and trainings on process mining and modeling tools.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Process management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience in establishing and operating a mature process mining and modeling setup, ideally with Celonis and BIC Cloud or comparable tools.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of process modeling standards such as BPMN and APQC.
- Automation & Integration: Familiarity with automation technologies, system integrations, and digital workflows.
- Industry Background: Experience in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Analytical and structured mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Fluent English required.
