Job description
- Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
- Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
- Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform

Requirements
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, such as VueJs, SolidJs, ReactJS, or AngularJs
- Proficiency in Server-Side Frameworks: Node.js with Express
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
- Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with high availability
- Demonstrated openness to embrace and adapt to new technology trends
- Experience working collaboratively in agile teams.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
- Strong desire to tackle complex technical questions
- Possess a DevOps mentality with a sense of ownership in building and running applications
- Excellent communication skills in English
