As a Senior UX Designer at North, you'll take ownership of defining and shaping meaningful user experiences-working closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to design digital products that are both usable and impactful for the business.
You operate at a strategic level, connect user needs with business goals, and bring clarity to complex problem spaces through research, structure, and strong design rationale. You lead by example, raise the bar for quality, and help teams make better decisions through design.
The ideal candidate brings strong UX fundamentals, critical thinking, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while driving projects forward.
As a Senior UX Designer at North, you will…
- Lead UX strategy and execution across multiple digital products and workstreams.
- Own the UX process end-to-end: discovery, research, synthesis, ideation, validation, and delivery.
- Partner closely with clients to deeply understand business objectives, user needs, and product constraints.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into clear design decisions.
- Define user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction models for complex products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Developers to ensure UX quality from concept to code.
- Clearly communicate and defend design decisions with solid rationale and evidence.
- Identify UX risks, challenge unclear requirements, and proactively propose improvements.
- Contribute to design systems, accessibility, UX patterns, and internal best practices.
- Mentor and support more junior designers, helping raise the overall UX maturity of the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireframing?, * 4+ years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile) in product-led environments.
- Strong experience leading UX on complex products and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Solid background in user research methods and insight-driven design.
- Excellent problem-framing and systems thinking skills.
- High quality standards and strong attention to detail across the entire UX lifecycle.
- Confidence working with ambiguity and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
