Job description
- Oversee the software engineering output of the team.
- Take on a leadership role while remaining hands-on, including coding and designing architecture.

Requirements
- A degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Proficiency in either C# or React.
- Strong experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with source control, ideally Git.
- Agile methodology experience., We welcome applications from Senior Developers looking to step into a leadership role. Our company operates on a hybrid model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Any knowledge of the latest versions of .NET, AI, Machine Learning, JavaScript, TypeScript, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), NoSQL, and test tools (such as xUnit, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, SoapUI) would be advantageous.
