Job description
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Web Designer to help ensure our brand is applied consistently and coherently across all channels and teams. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in brand systems, design standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
You'll work with an established brand and design direction, helping evolve and maintain our existing design system while creating high-quality assets that build brand memory everywhere we show up.
What you'll do...

- Create on-brand assets for the website, presentations, banners, events, and sales materials.
- Support the team in updating and maintaining the website, built in Framer.
- Ensure visual consistency across marketing, sales, product, and events.
- Partner with other teams to apply brand standards correctly and consistently.
- Own video end-to-end, producing product walkthroughs and short social videos.
- Work with industry-leading tools like Figma (design), HubSpot (email modules/templates), Framer (website), Notion (internal documentation) + Linear (ticket tracking) to manage and produce great work., * Portfolio review - we'd love to see any personal or public projects, especially video, motion, and brand-led initiatives.
- Intro call (30 min) - quick mutual fit check.
- Design exercise (max 1 hour) - We will send you a quick exercise to complete in 1 hour or less in your own time, which will help us to evaluate your technical skills.
- Review & discussion (1 hour) - We will review your exercise together and also review one or two pieces of past work.
- Values interview (15 mins) - Casual chat with two team members, then 30 min with a co-CEO.
- Offer - Clear, fast, and respectful of your decision-making process.
Requirements
- Have 1-2+ years experience in brand/visual design (internships or junior roles welcome).
- Have a sharp eye for consistency, typography, layout, and simple systems.
- Are confident owning video from storyboard to edit (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut or similar).
- Are comfortable with HTML/CSS and component/style guides (can be learned here).
- Have strong English and are comfortable collaborating on copy and tightening messaging.
- Are self-organized and reliable in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
- Are eager to learn, have a strong attention to detail, and pride in high-quality execution.
About the company
We're a tiny but mighty team of senior technologists and operators, building the product we always wished existed. At Pensero.ai, AI isn't a bolt-on, it's the foundation. Every product decision, technical choice, and operational process is designed with AI in mind, which means we build faster, smarter, and very differently from traditional tech companies., * You like working from a fixed checklist more than charting your own path.
* You're happiest when things stay the same week to week.
* You'd rather stay in your comfort zone than experiment and learn on the fly.
* Picking up new skills or tools regularly feels more like a chore than an opportunity.
* You struggle to let go of a project until it's absolutely flawless.
Bonus points for…
* Have experience working with motion graphics for product explainers and social.
* Can apply conversion know-how (A/B testing, UTM tagging, asset naming conventions).
* Can schedule social posts and review analytics to inform iterations.
* Have built something from scratch (a project, community, or side hustle).
* Are AI-literate and use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or automation platforms to move faster.
How we work
* Hybrid rhythm: Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site in our offices, other days from home. It's the best of both worlds: deep focus time plus high-value in-person collaboration.
* Small, senior, sharp: Fewer than 10 engineers, all senior. You'll work directly with our co-CEOs and skip the bureaucracy.
* Product-led & feedback-rich: We build fast, make decisions on data and user impact, and give feedback the way we'd want to receive it: clear, objective, and aimed at making the work better.
Compensation and perks
* €24K+ salary depending on experience
* Private health insurance: because your well-being matters as much as your work.
* An opportunity to become a key member of our growing marketing team and impact our go-to-market strategy
