Lead Data Scientist

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics, ML and AI solutions for healthcare clients and internal teams
• Partner with consultants and clients to translate business challenges into data driven solutions
• Drive data science strategy and innovation, spotting new opportunities and emerging technologies
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and quality assurance within a growing data team
• Support business development, proposals and client pitches
