Support application, including installation and upgrades
Provide HPC resources mainly for system engineering (e.g. Matlab)
Handle infrastructure administration (Red Hat Linux/Kickstart/VM Ware Systems)
Manage Information in liaison with support groups (Data Centre Service, Networks)
Conduct hardware diagnostics
Perform shell scripting
Manage, investigate, and resolve support tickets within the SLA
Execute system updates (applications, middleware, database)
