Lead Java Engineer

• As a Java Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team while also getting hands-on with technology.
• You will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• You must be eligible for Security Clearance (have lived in the UK for the past 5+ years).
• Strong experience in Java is essential.
• Strong leadership and management experience is required.
• You should be able to work in our Telford office an average of three days per week., We are excited to offer this opportunity for experienced Senior/Lead Java Engineers to join our rapidly expanding team at the forefront of technology. We are looking for a strong leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and engage with the team. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £95,000 base depending on experience, along with bonus and benefits. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
