Product Owner

• Own and manage the product vision and roadmap, aligned to business goals and customer needs
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritisation, ensuring user stories are clear and delivery-ready
• Translate high-level strategies into detailed requirements and achievable sprint objectives
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Engage with stakeholders and users to gather feedback, define MVPs, and iterate quickly
• Use data and insight to inform prioritisation and decision-making
• Support QA and acceptance testing to ensure high-quality releases
• Provide clear progress updates, milestones, and risk reporting to senior stakeholders

We are a purpose-led, high-growth eCommerce business located in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, offering a hybrid working model that includes 3 days per week onsite. Our Technology team is looking to welcome a Product Owner who will play a key role in defining product vision and delivering high-quality customer-facing and operational systems. We focus on commercially critical digital platforms while maintaining a strong emphasis on sustainability and values-driven operations.

• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into well-defined user stories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Desirable: CSPO or equivalent Agile certification
• Desirable: Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or warehouse/fulfilment environments
• Desirable: Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g. .NET, AWS, cloud platforms)
• Desirable: Exposure to UX principles and user research
• Desirable: Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or SQL
