Job description
- Own and manage the product vision and roadmap, aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Lead backlog refinement and prioritisation, ensuring user stories are clear and delivery-ready
- Translate high-level strategies into detailed requirements and achievable sprint objectives
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Engage with stakeholders and users to gather feedback, define MVPs, and iterate quickly
- Use data and insight to inform prioritisation and decision-making
- Support QA and acceptance testing to ensure high-quality releases
- Provide clear progress updates, milestones, and risk reporting to senior stakeholders

Our Technology team is looking to welcome a Product Owner who will play a key role in defining product vision and delivering high-quality customer-facing and operational systems. We focus on commercially critical digital platforms while maintaining a strong emphasis on sustainability and values-driven operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into well-defined user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Desirable: CSPO or equivalent Agile certification
- Desirable: Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or warehouse/fulfilment environments
- Desirable: Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g. .NET, AWS, cloud platforms)
- Desirable: Exposure to UX principles and user research
- Desirable: Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or SQL
