Job description
The Scrum Master will act as a key agile delivery leader within the Payments and Innovation EMEA organisation on the Global Payments Orchestrator (GPO) application, supporting cross-functional development and testing teams to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. This role goes beyond ceremony facilitation and requires strong delivery oversight, proactive risk/impediment management, and alignment with approved engineering design patterns and enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate brings experience working in complex enterprise environments, navigating multi-team delivery, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, RTEs, Architecture, Engineering, and wider programme stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 3+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred)
- Proven experience in Agile project delivery and multi-team coordination
- Expertise with Jira and Confluence
- Solid SDLC, QA, and DevOps awareness
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACPExperience in release preparation

- Daily engagement across global GPO teams, RTE, Architecture, Regional Leadership and SQAAbility to operate independently with strong ownership and proactive communication
