Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack web applications and business tools
Build high-quality, scalable systems
Implement and maintain modern development, coding, and deployment practices across the team

Benefits & conditions

We are a Northampton-based firm looking to hire a Lead Software Developer for a newly created position. We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, with up to a 15% bonus, in a hybrid work environment. This role combines both hands-on technical responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
