Requirements

  • We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a technical software background. While hands-on coding is not a necessity for this role, it would be beneficial to have experience in a Team Lead or Management position, even if it hasn't been for many years. We value candidates who feel confident in their ability to manage and guide a team. Familiarity with security principles or certifications (such as authentication, encryption, ISO27001) is a plus. Additional knowledge in Mobile App development for Android/iOS (including Android Studio, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C) and development experience in C/C++ would also be advantageous, though not required.

About the company

Join a dynamic and growing software security organization based in Glasgow, with nearly 300 employees across the UK and wider Europe. Our company is committed to developing security-driven products, and we are excited to expand into the Americas and East Asia. This newly created position reflects our growth and the promotion of our engineering team. As a hybrid organization, we offer flexibility, expecting our developers to be able to visit Glasgow 1 or 2 days a week, while considering individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This diverse role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is continuously evolving and attacking new markets.
