• Lead an embedded Software team of 18 FTEs by defining and executing the business strategy to achieve the business targets and drive keyinitiatives
• Guide and empower the team for business success, act as a technical expert and sparring partner for developers in the area of security products
• Develop competency in the team to cater present and future program requirements as aligned with business strategy
• Provide resource management for projects, including people management, project delivery, and project evaluation
• Interact as an interface with diverse stakeholders, like internal stakeholders and external business partners, and build strongrelationships
• Lead cross-site project teams
• Drive digitalization

• A technical degree in Industrial Security. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience as a people manager with a strong background in embedded SW development & embedded security preferred in the semiconductor industry
• Proven knowledge in program languages like C. Python, and Rust is a plus
• Know how in automated testing, quality assurance, modern SWdevelopment (Cl/CD)
• Experience in leading, guiding, and developing teams
• Know how within certifications within the security area, CC, FIPS, ARM, and PSA would be a plus
• Intercultural skills and familiarity with local business culture
• Excellent German and English skills
• Experience Agile methodologies and scaled agile is a plus
