Medior Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you build and maintain the technical foundation that allows data to flow reliably and efficiently across the client's ecosystem. You design scalable pipelines, optimize data models, and ensure high availability, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions with confidence., * Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using the necessary programing language.

• Build and optimize dimensional data models to support business analytics.
• Diagnose and resolve production data issues within agreed SLAs and ensure data quality and availability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing to ensure deployment reliability.
• Proactively gather, document, and communicate relevant information to understand stakeholder needs and align expectations

Topics typically include architecture design, data modeling, pipelines, tooling choices, performance, cost considerations, scalability, governance, and quality practices.3.Cultural Interview (1 hour)The cultural interview is assessed by 2 BI consultants who examines how candidates demonstrate AYBI's values in real situations e.g. working with stakeholders, projects, and collaborating with colleagues, and how well you would operate within AYBI's holacracy operating system.4.Leadership / Co-Founder Interview (45 mins)In this stage, leaders conducts an interview with you to understand how your work competencies, capabilities and values fit with AYBI's culture, and core values.

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of data-focused experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including key data services such as ADLS, Azure SQL, Synapse, or Databricks.
• Proven ability to design and build ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Synapse Pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft data platforms and relational databases.
• Proficient in Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and best practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot data issues.Certification is a plus:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).Our hiring procedure
