Job description
They are now looking to appoint a Solutions Architect to join a high-performing Solutions Engineering team. Reporting directly into senior leadership, this is a client-facing, pre-sales focused role where you'll play a critical part in supporting customers and the sales function by designing, articulating, and validating robust technical solutions., Deliver both chargeable and non-chargeable technical pre-sales services to new and existing customers Build trusted technical relationships with prospects and clients Provide customer-facing technical expertise during sales meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and support customer-facing events and webinars Design and deliver bespoke demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) Evaluate and compare competing technologies to recommend optimal solutions Contribute to solution specifications, proposals, scopes of work, and tender responsesSkills & Experience
Requirements
Background in technical consultancy, pre-sales, or customer-facing delivery within an MSP or IT reseller (essential) Broad experience across IT infrastructure and managed services technologies Strong proposal and tender writing capability Relevant technical certifications (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Sophos, Microsoft, N-able, Mimecast, Barracuda, or similar) desirable UK-based and willing to travel as required Full, clean UK driving licencePackage & Benefits
