Configure and support CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and secure software delivery.

Contribute to the design and documentation of automation and orchestration solutions.

Implement monitoring, patching, and upgrades for development, test, and operational environments.

Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and cyber teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues in pipelines, environments, and deployments.
-
Maintain version control, artefact management, and configuration repositories.
-
Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base entries.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing workflow enhancements., This role can be based at one of our UK sites, Bristol, with hybrid/custom working options where appropriate.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Solid understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with automation practices.

Ability to work independently on defined tasks and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Enthusiasm for learning and applying new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
Core areas (must have):
-
Experience with CI/CD concepts and version control (e.g. Git)
-
Understanding of Windows/Linux systems administration
-
Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
-
Knowledge of containerisation concepts (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
-
Awareness of cyber security practices in software delivery
Desirable:
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
-
Exposure to automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid deployments
-
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Splunk)

Awareness of secrets management (e.g. HashiCorp Vault)

Working towards certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or Security
