The Implementations team sits within Professional Services EMEA, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders: Account Managers; Customer Success Managers; Product Managers; Technology and Solutions Consultants. Working in partnership with our Sales Teams, our purpose is to bring customer relevant solutions to our sales process across discovery, demos, thought leadership, services scoping, coaching, and facilitation., As a Senior Implementation Consultant you will manage the solution and implementation process including requirements for, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with our Sales teams to ensure that clients are satisfied with our services and that we are meeting the goals outlined in our contracts., * Ensure technical implementation projects for our GBGs Identity products are delivered on time and within budget, to defined time and quality SLAs and client expectations
- Working with new and existing customers in collaboration with sales team, develop and deliver technical implementation solutions that optimise the customer journey, driven by SDKs and API intergrations
- Co-ordinate the implementation of identity solutions to our customers taking operational ownership for delivery
- Become a technical expert in GBGs solutions and develop a good understanding of the market drivers for GBGs solutions - have the commercial ability to identify opportunity and introduce/position GBG products into customer lifecycles
- Create and develop comprehensive documentation; project plans encompassing resource assignment, technical implementation guidance (APIs/SDKs, sample code etc), testing and training plans
- Ensure successful transition to support teams post implementation
- Optimise existing project documentation and work with wider implementation team and management to enhance/improve implementation
- Assist Senior Solutions Consultants on large complex implementations and large internal projects as required.
- Continually analyse and assess client needs and make the necessary follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver complex and advanced training and workshops to our customers
- Deliver ongoing enhanced monthly support for specific customers as needed
- Provide training and support to junior consultants and other PS team members

- Have created technical implementation documentation
- Strong commercial and client facing skills - an ability to present complex Information to wide variety of audiences
- Proactive approach to customer management - able to anticipate actions needed to drive outstanding customer journeys
