Job description

IT Systems Analyst - Full Time with ad-hoc Global Travel, We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior IT Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and integrate our enterprise applications including NetSuite, Shopify, and Celigo. This position plays a key role in managing cloud-based systems and automations that support finance, operations, and eCommerce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, system performance, and business continuity., We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and integrate our enterprise applications including NetSuite, Shopify, HubSpot and Celigo. This position plays a key role in managing cloud-based systems and automations that support finance, operations, and eCommerce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, system performance, and business continuity., * Shopify + NetSuite integration, ideally via Celigo or similar iPaaS.

  • Responsibility for enforcing standards for product data, attributes, collections, and categorisation.
  • Ability to design/maintain data schemas, product matrices, and naming conventions.
  • Design, manage, and maintain system integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, and other platforms using Celigo, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.
  • Support day-to-day administration and configuration of NetSuite, including custom fields, workflows, saved searches, and roles.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Celigo integrator.io flows, identify errors, and implement fixes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and support guides for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and process control.
  • Coach and support the Core Systems team, sharing your knowledge and driving efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee vendor activities and contribute to the full application lifecycle, including post-production maintenance and 3rd line support.
  • Maintain and improve HubSpot * NetSuite connections, ensuring accurate data synchronisation across systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Knowledge of Shopify APIs, webhooks, and scripted automation.

  • 2-4+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite (ERP administration or support).
  • Working knowledge of Celigo integrator.io (or similar iPaaS platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Experience with Shopify and Hubspot (admin panel, order flows, APIs).
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and webhooks.

Highly Desirables would include:

  • Understanding of Shopify themes, Liquid templates, and frontend adjustments.
  • Experience with SuiteScript (NetSuite scripting).
  • Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
  • Knowledge of EDI or WMS integrations
  • Background in eCommerce operations or order fulfilment
  • Understanding of HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with Fortinet Security Fabric, automation, and best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS resolution issues across hybrid networks.

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Experience with Shopify Admin (products, collections, pricing, metafields, tags, customers).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Background in eCommerce operations or order fulfilment, * Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Shopify or ERP solutions: 3 years (required)
