Job description
- Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
- Writing and maintaining code.
- Working on minor bug fixes.
- Working closely with the Support Team to aid in troubleshooting
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Ideally you will have a degree in software engineering, computer science or a related subject. Beyond that we need you to have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. A thirst for learning is also necessary., * Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic programming experience.
- Knowledge of basic coding languages, preferably including Python, PHP and C#.
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies preferably including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with version control concepts
- Detail-oriented.
- Good Problem-solving skills
