Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications Provide regular status updates and manage expectations Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., BAFIN, DORA, KRITIS, CSSF) Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget Your profile: Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 6 years' experience in Identity and Access management (IAM) and Privileged Access management (PAM) projects Experience with one of the commonly used industry solutions in access governance, such as SailPoint Identity IQ or IdentityNow, CyberArk, SSH Key Manager, Omada, Saviynt Basic knowledge of OpenDJ/LDAP/AD Solid handling of MS Office applications Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills Good presentation and documentation skills Experience in test management would be an advantage Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible regarding environment adaptability.
