Power BI Platform Engineer

• Design, Aufbau und Betrieb der Power BI Plattform (Tenant, Workspaces, Kapazitäten)
• Definition und Umsetzung von Governance-, Security- und Compliance-Konzepten
• Konzeption und Pflege von Workspace-Strategien (Dev/Test/Prod, Domains, Ownership)
• Implementierung von Deployment Pipelines und CI/CD-Prozessen
• Automatisierung von Administration und Deployments (PowerShell, REST APIs)
• Monitoring von Nutzung, Performance und Kosten
• Enablement und Support von Data Analysts und Power BI Engineers
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security, Cloud- und Data-Plattform-Teams

• Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Power BI Service & Tenant Administration
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Power BI Premium / Microsoft Fabric
• Erfahrung mit Governance- und Security-Konzepten (RLS etc.)
• Erfahrung mit Deployment Pipelines und Lifecycle-Management
• Verständnis von Azure AD / Entra ID (Gruppen, Service Principals, Permissions)
• Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Performance-Analyse und Cost Management
• Grundverständnis von Datenmodellierung und DAX (zur Qualitätsbewertung)
• Starkes Architektur- und Plattformdenken
• Strukturierte, nachhaltige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Kommunikationsstärke zwischen Fachbereichen, BI-Teams und IT

• Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. PL-300, DP-600, AZ-104)
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Fabric und Snowflake
