Quality Cloud Architect (Python AI Developer)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Cloud Architect (Python AI Developer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with proven back and front-end experience. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions., * Build AI Agents using LangChain

• Integrate AI Agents with the bank's AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs
• Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs
• Ability to follow clients standards and practices to ensure the agents are compliant and able to work.
• Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and development processes.

Do you have experience in UX?, * Strong Python development skills with microservices experience

• Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph
• Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge
• Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with UI design principles and experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile team environment.
