As an IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal users with a secure basic infrastructure and state-of-the-art applications. Together with you, we advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden. We are working on a new strategic product: our platform for digital collaboration, automation, and modern work processes within the cantonal administration is taking shape, and you will be able to continue shaping it. For this reason, as an IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a product owner "Collaboration & Automation". Tasks

• You are responsible for the product "Collaboration & Automation" based on Microsoft 365

• You develop product-related goals and implement them responsibly

• You ensure the development and quality of the product

• You coordinate collaboration between specialist departments, suppliers, and users

• Experience in IT or as a product owner with strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Team-oriented with a structured, solution-focused work style., * Training or professional development in computer science, business informatics, or several years of experience as a product owner
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate)
• Determination, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical thinking
• Team spirit, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
