Job description
- technical administration and continuous further development of the Celonis SaaS platform
- Coordination of system changes and upgrades
- Management of support processes and resolution of issues
- Administration of user and system access
- Integration and maintenance of interfaces to source systems
- Maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing systems
- Providing 3rd-level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level IT support
- Knowledge of system and service processes within an IT organization (ITIL)
- Independent and responsible working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Very good English skills
