IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team responsible for maintaining our company's critical server infrastructure. In this role, you will:

• Provide technical support for our Dedicated Root Server customers worldwide
• Analyze and resolve fault and incident situations
• Build and maintain new IT infrastructure in our modern data centers
• Work as part of a communal and fair team, where mutual support is a priority

• Strong Linux skills and command line proficiency
• Understanding of computer components and their functionality
• An analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)

Please note that a clean background and a valid work permit for Finland are required for this position. Salary: According to Tipal TES (Collective Agreement), Hardware and Software Maintenance - €2999/month. Annual compensation including shift bonuses: Approximately €45,000 - €50,000.
