Technical Leadership

• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with architectural standards
• Own the technical backlog and manage technical debt
• Ensure code supports evolving requirements

Delivery & Operations

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure consistent releases
• Remove delivery blockers

Mentorship

• Mentor up to 6 engineers

Collaboration

• Work with backend and frontend teams
• Ensure UX alignment with platform conventions

Community

• Share best practices
• Define coding standards
• Identify cross-product opportunities

Java/Kotlin with Spring and Spring Boot

• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager)
• Observability tools (Grafana, Splunk)
• REST API design
• TDD, pair programming, mobbing
• Strong communication and mentoring
• Git

Preferred Experience

• DevOps / CI/CD
• Load & performance testing
• Mobile integration experience
• Senior engineering background

11 Months Stratford - 4 days onsite / 1 remote 548 per day (Inside IR35)
