Job description
- Manage and configure Azure cloud platform for IT services
- Plan, evaluate, migrate, develop, implement, configure, test, and update IT infrastructure systems
- Transition new systems into productive operation
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
- Handle incident and change management
- Document ICT infrastructure and processes
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call service rotation
- Implement new ICT services where required
- Report on ICT service performance
- Conduct capacity planning for ICT resources
- Apply ITIL-based processes in the network and infrastructure environment
- Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
- Organize training sessions and workshops on ICT infrastructure topics
- Support the implementation of the company's IT security policies within the team's scope
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on ICT-related topics
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in system administration of complex, multinational ICT infrastructures
- Microsoft certification: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Implementation and operations of Azure services
- Windows Server administration
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID management
- Executing infrastructure changes with high accuracy and reliability
- Strong focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Self-driven and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Skilled in working effectively with international and cross-functional teams
