Salesforce Feedback Management - Architect

Become part of Cognizant's Salesforce team! We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect (d/m/f) to support our projects in Germany. The Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements. The candidate will work with a variety of people (program managers, technical peers and business partners) to ensure that maximum value is delivered to clients. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. Your tasks:

• Demonstrated record of accomplishment of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise, along with must to have skill in Feedback Management
• Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
• Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives.
• You are responsible for planning new projects in consultation with the end customer
• Strategic alignment of the team as well as the resulting coordination during the project
• Active participation in the entire course of the project (including the optimization of the Salesforce applications as well as the implementation of the solutions)
• Close cooperation with near- and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization
• Preparation and presentation of proposals
• Managing and mentoring colleagues in the team

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * You have implemented and Feedback Management module in Salesforce ecosystem and can able to consult the client to adopt this tool

• You bring at least 8+ years of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud development experience in the CRM/Salesforce environment and have been able to successfully lead projects
• Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics Cloud or CPQ) as well as the CRM environment is mandatory
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning and Classic versions, Reports and Dashboards,
• You underline your theoretical knowledge with the most important Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Architectural certifications
• You have a strategic and always thought-out approach and maintain the necessary overview even in stressful situations
• Your profile is rounded off by business fluent English skills
• Should be able to translate business requirements into user stories and provide suitable solutions.
• Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
